In negotiations we strive to deliver the most advantageous terms and conditions while maintaining maximum security of the transaction. We put a premium on conducting transactions at a high pace and rigidly adhere to the adopted timetable.

Confidentiality
In M&A processes, we place particular emphasis on confidentiality. This is of great importance for the smooth progress and ultimate success of the entire project. Disclosure of information about a transaction may have a negative impact on its success and we therefore make sure that other advisors, competitors, contractors, or the client's company employees do not learn about our activities. We have repeatedly demonstrated that we excel at implementing M&A transactions in compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality.
International perspective
As an entity within the International Association of Transaction Advisors (AICA), we have access to investors and foreign markets where our partners advise locally. Together with our foreign partners, we have concluded many international transactions. AICA comprises 41 advisory firms from 39 countries. The total value of transactions completed annually by us and our AICA partners amounts to approximately USD 6 billion. The relationships developed and the regular exchange of knowledge on local transaction practices are of paramount importance.

Familism
Collaboration with family businesses is our chief area of expertise. We are perfectly familiar with the scenarios, circumstances and emotions that arise during succession planning or discussions on the sale of a family business. We know, too, that the value of such companies means much more to their owners than the valuation prepared by an investor. We support family businesses in the processes of sale, finding an investor and the implementation of acquisition strategies. For years we have been supporting the initiatives of the Family Business Institute.
